Band2Band - Character education for students, by students.
Our character education initiative, funded generously by First Choice Power, is ready to launch. You'll notice that your child arriving home in a new red wristband marked "Character Club". Soon, other students in Akiba (K-5) will join and make a daily commitment to performing one act of kindness in school, at home, or in the community.
Our 4th grade "Character Captains" will canvass for new members and will monitor, record, and publicize the activities of the Character Club.
