We began to practice skills that will help study achieve a higher level of independence in their study of Chumash later on this year. Right now, we're focusing on identification of shorashim (root verbs) and prefix/suffix.
It's a slow process at first, but as we all know and repeat several times a day, "practice makes permanent."
