Students used Jigsaw to study the three-step approach, formulated by Maimonides, to achieving true teshuvah (repentance).
First, one must cease the negative behavior. Next, s/he must feel remorse over doing the sin. Finally, one must pledge to prevent a recurrence of the behavior in the future.
