Journey of Kosher Meat

Based on notes students took while watching a documentary about kosher meat production as well as a Jigsaw assignment, students prepared a 'travelogue' that shows the various stages in the shechitah process (soaking, salting, rinsing). It will be included in their nearly-completed portfolios.
