Who wants to be a mashgiach?

In preparation for tomorrow's presentation by Rabbi Sholey Klein of Dallas Kosher, we spent some time today learning the basics of hashgacha (kosher supervision) and presented the class with three different scenarios in which the students were asked to identify possible kashrut problems and propose solutions.

I think our class is ready to serve as mashgichim!
